Il World Food Forum a Parma per Cibus

La Regione Emilia-Romagna promuove il World Food Research and Innovation Forum (Forum mondiale per la ricerca e l’innovazione alimentare), prosecuzione ideale e concreta dell’Esposizione Universale milanese e dei principi sanciti dalla Carta di Milano. Un'iniziativa di lunga durata, che sarà organizzata con cadenza biennale in collaborazione con Aster, consorzio regionale per l’innovazione e la ricerche. Il prossimo appuntamento è fissato per il 9-10 maggio 2016 (CENTRO CONGRESSI AUDITORIUM "NICCOLO' PAGANINI”) nell’ambito di Cibus, il Salone dell’Alimentazione di Parma. L’obiettivo è favorire il dialogo e la condivisione di ricerche, risultati e saperi sulla sicurezza alimentare e la nutrizione, intesa in termini di safety e security e favorire l’attuazione di politiche integrate per lo sviluppo e la cooperazione glocale. Sono stati chiamati a raccolta, durante Expo, una trentina di studiosi ed esperti internazionali provenienti da diversi paesi (Italia, Germania, Paesi Bassi, Austria, Canada, Stati Uniti, Nigeria, Caraibi).
